PWPs are a pain..

yes they are! i'm trying to get the wooden bridge from Octavian! i've been playing since 2013 & i just recently found out if you have 3 bridges they will never requests any bridge (rip me) so i'm down to two bridges so hopefully Octavian will cooperate soon

I had Octavian for a few days in my newish town just because I wanted the wooden bridge. I think it was the 7th or 8th pwp he requested. Ugh. He even requested ones that any personality could request. Ironically it took me 10 months or so to get the cranky pwps for my cycle town and I had 3 crankies in it. I used the dive trick and some major ninja stealth moves to make sure I walked past him first after diving every time.
Edit: (and I TTed to a new day each time I got a request)

Oh man.. I did not know that, and I really want the wooden bridge as well. No wonder my crankies haven't brought it up. It's demolishing time I guess xD

WHAT!!!! I've been ping farming like crazy to get the Fairytale Bridge and I have 3 bridges up! OMG! One of them is getting demolished right now! Thanks!!! You're awesome for sharing. OMG! ^^

I don't like how you can't build bridges close to villagers houses, yet villagers have no problem putting their house right in front of your bridge.

I have been trying to get the Digging rig for weeks and only ran past fang, tried for weeks, nothing and then when I gave up and didn't even try he pinged me and suggested it yay

ya, PWPs are indeed a pain in the ass. took me like more than 2 weeks to get deirdre to suggest all the uchi PWPs and it was so tedious running from the beach to land and vice versa all the time. i also realized that when i dont need any PWP suggestions, i always get them but when i desperately need them, my villagers just like to make me suffer.

I'm 3 years into this game and I really just want the Police Station to finally get suggested. I've tried the diving trick for hours at a time multiple times and I haven't gotten a single PWP from that, almost always catchphrases. So it's annoying when people suggest to do that.

I just started using this method to gain those "ping" thingy and yeah
I also want mainly uchi pwp they are overall the greatest

I think just one PWP can be suggested per day, though I've heard people say that rarely you can get more than one. Correct me if I'm wrong!

I think it stinks how it takes a jock type villager to request the fire pit pwp. I have mostly lazy villagers and there are hammocks and cots all over the place but I think they'd like the fire if I put some stumps around it.
