Pwp ping question

If you have built the max of 30 pwps in your town, do villagers still ping you suggesting new pwps? Or do new suggestions go away for a while until you are down to 29? Thx for any insights.

I can confirm that they do, I've had 30 for a while and I still had villagers ping me for PWP requests. However, I've heard that if you have 3 bridges, they won't ping you for new bridge designs...? can't confirm this though, as I only have 2 bridges in my town lol
