Buying purple tulips, purple pansies & more

I'm looking to buy 2 of each of these flowers:

2 purple pansies
2 purple tulips
2 blue roses
and 2 black cosmos

For some reason I just can't get them to spawn in my town T_T;
I'm looking to buy two of each... I can pay 100k for a pair of them (or name a reasonable price).

OR if you want I have tons of other hybrids to trade (these in surplus):
- TULIPS: Black, orange
- ROSES: Black, orange, purple
- Cosmos: Pink, orange
