Um, no. It is 13-16k. The 10k price is the one that was adjusted drastically. I go by flake's guide. *loosely. Also there is no reason to state what you think the price is if it is off from the guide. If people solely follow the guide there will be no price fluctuation and most importantly the value of a collectible is relative.
