If you TT one day at a time nothing will happen besides the daily weeds (unless you have the beautiful town ordinance). And no-one will move out while Punchy is saying he's going to.

That being said, I'd gladly give you 3mil for him, he's a dreamy and I need to fill a space before a random moves into my town in a few days.
