Finally, after so long of me wanting a villager to move out so I have room for the dreamies i have left, Pudge randomly decided to move out! He is completely free, he has been in my town for awhile so I cant ensure his originality but I just want him to go to a good home. He wasnt the worst villager, just not a dreamie.
