Public Works Projects

Hi all, I was just wondering which one of the public works projects takes up the largest space which is demolishable. This is so I can reserve a space for my flowers after all my dream villagers have moved in. Also which one is the cheapest, in relation to size?

I believe the fence is. It's even a public work project that your start with as well. It takes up a 5x3 spot.
