It depends, if your phone is actually still usable and isn't in poor condition, I'd keep it and go with the PS3 since it's not only a game system but a Blu-Ray player too, and it also ups the quality of normal DVDs, but not into instant blu-ray quality.

@everyonewhosaidxbox360: You do realize he gave a strict choice of PS3 or Phone, I don't think he wants an xbox.
