Oh! See the "Bells" section under my ava/username on the sidebar?
Click on that number (should be around 1,810)
enter the correct amount of bells you want to send, add notes if you prefer,
and done! ^^

Just scroll down a tad bit, and you should see Bells instead of tickets (because of the Fair)
Once you choose Bells, you can enter the amount like before. ^^
