The neighbors just...suck. If I was depressed and needed anything to talk to, they wouldn't last long at all.

Well acually the feathers r really cheap when you get them. they dont even go for 3k all together!

One pro I think makes up for the loss of shooting stars is wisp!

The nieghbors are so boring -__-
They don't even do anything except for the occasional hide-and-go-seek or they lost their key.

I like the city though, and also the northern lights ^_^

pros:

hair salon from the beginning
more fish/bugs/items

cons:
boring neighbors that repeat their sentences and you can't say "talk to me!" most of the time (WW was awesome with neighbors)
animal tracks.
less events, boring festivals (GCN had awesome and more interactive ones)
STILL no multiple towns (probably because of the space it'd require)
rare visitors permanently in the city
no wishing star as I've heard.
