Problem with videos

When I try to upload any youtube video, the audio comes out fine, but the video is screwed up. I've waited for it to finish processing on some videos, still no dice.

Any ideas?

Wow, I don't know what happened there, but even when I closed it down, the audio carried on for like 20seconds :s

What editing software are you using?
