Pricing questions~

I had a question about Club Tortimer earlier, and now I have questions about pricings. I didn't want to start a new thread, so just gonna edit this >_> Hopefully I'm still posting in the right place.

Okie dokes, so how does one determine the price of items? Or is it just going by whatever trends in the Re-Tail forum?
And if anyone could help me with the prices of these items, it'd be much appreciated!

711 set
Sloppy set
Mermaid set
Cardboard set
Pirate set

Hybrid flowers;;
gold, black, blue, purple, orange and pink roses
dandelion/dandelion puffs
blue pansies
clovers

Villager pics;;
Molly, Rosie, Bob, Bree

**Just to clarify, I'm not selling or anything, just wondering if people know generally the fair price for them would be... or better yet, is there a website or something that helps determine prices? ):

You get the option to visit Club Tortimer when talking to Kapp'n in his boat - if you say you want to play with other people, then you go to Club Tortimer.
Otherwise it's only your own island that you visit. If you have an internet or local visitor, they can visit the island with you though, and you can do tours together.

When you join Club Tortimer, you get the option to go on a National or International (along with your private, offline island) island with other players. Kapp'n will tell you about it before you take off from your village.

Because that's not how Club Tortimer works. When you talk to Kapp'n, he'll say something like "Who are you traveling with?" and you can either say "No one!" "Other travelers." or "Abandon ship!" then he'll ask if you want to stay in your region or go around the world (Ex. Say you live in NA, you'll get the choices "Only North America." or "The whole wide world!). If you pick either one, instead of Kapp'n singing, he'll just hum a tune while the game saves. When you arrive at the island, some other person may or may not be there. If there isn't one, just wait a little bit and someone should arrive sooner or later. Hope I helped ^^

What exactly is the name of the stationary called? Like, will it say "Club Tortimer form" or something along those lines so I'd know what I'm actually buying x__x And how often does it show up?

Usually there every day, and it's just like a pad of paper. I don't know the specific name, but it's the only stationary thing that will show up at the island.

It shows up pretty often for me. (more than I'd like tbh)

I forget what its called, though I don't think there's any *actual* stationary to buy on the island. So just keep a look out for anything what uses the stationary model.

You can visit other people in the island, some may not be that mature, resulting in... ultimate... cusses.

It needs to be always there less after you buy it once imo.
