Price of New Horizons

20$ wasn't cheap for me back then either. 60$ isn't cheap for me now either. My point is that games have been approximately this much for several years now so I don't understand why it's a surprise ?

It's not a surprise to me.

I remember paying $100 for new SEGA megadrive games when they came out. :)
 
I always try to break prices down... I have had New Leaf for 2,414 days... So it's only cost me $0.01 a day to play it! Pretty good deal for all the joy and good times I've gotten out of it ;)
I mean if you play New Horizons pretty regular for a year, that's only $0.16 a day, for a ton of enjoyment ^_^
