Premium hairstyles?

I've seen other players with fancier hair like, ponytails and buns with extra details. Where do they get them from? I'm assuming you can only get them with tickets but I can't find them anywhere.

It's a limited time thing. Some come from fortune cookies, others from limited crafting collections where you have to pay with tickets to get them. They're just wigs, though, not actual hairstyles.

I wish they would add actual hair styles so I could use them with crowns and hats....
