Ok so a while ago I was really mad because Rocket moved in ONE SPACE in front of my cafe literally the day I built it, and I spent forever trying to get her to move (I introduced myself on all 3 of my human characters, then ignored her on all 3 - eventually I just started pushing her like every day lol). And FINALLY...FINALLY SHE'S GONE...I'm putting streetlights in front of my cafe now so no one else can torture me endlessly like she did.

On a related note, are there any proven methods for getting a specific animal to move sooner?? I've heard introducing and then ignoring (like I did) is the fastest way, but it still took weeks.

For the most part, it is randomized when a character moves. If you use time travel frequently, villagers will move out, but there is no guarantee which villager will move.

Yeah, its using amiibo cards/figures to move them out. It's fast, simple, and easier than time travelling

i always use the friendship method and time travel to get villagers out lmao

i just befriend the villager and do favours for them, and udually it doesn't take long for them to leave
