Potential New Locations

We already have different locations that are separate from the main town, such as Tortimer Island, and Main Street. In the past, we have had the City. Do you have any ideas for possible new locations that could be included? I think it would be nice if they created a mountain area where it is always winter, like how the Island is always summer. I go into a lot more detail in this blog post. I also think it could be sort of interesting if they brought back the City, though I'm not sure what they would really do with it now that Main Street is a thing.

I love the idea of a mountain area! I also hope for the island to be back and maybe expanded a bit. I think it'd be cool to have a sort of carnival place too! A couple of rides and game areas where you could win carnival-themed prizes (or 'dud' prizes like you get from lucky tickets currently).

I'd love a kind of amusement park with rides and mini games!

I also like the idea of bringing back the city with maybe some quirky shops you don't get in mainstreet?

Also countryside areas would be nice.

I've liked the City from City Folk/Let's Go To The City a lot and I'd love to see a return of it! If it returns maybe it'll be modernised and bigger with more shops?

Main Street is also cool but it has most of the City's shops. If both of them had to be in a single game then they'd most likely have different shops.

I definitely want the Island back. It be neat if we could decorate it more.

About the mountains the OP mentioned - I like this idea. It could be similair to island, it could have some bugs that sell well just like on the Island. As I said with the Island it would be neat if we could decorate it.

I don't think I want any more locations in the game.

I really want the island to return, but larger and with more things to do. Better tours and games to play, more things to see (a volcano or boardwalk would be awesome), and maybe more shops? A tropical cafe would be cool. ^^

YES! I'd love if they brought back the island beach hut type of thing you got in the game cube game then it would be like going on holiday and I love the idea of there being more shops and a cafe on the island as well!

More areas for fishing.

Possibly a fishing and camping spot you could actually travel to, and sleep there if you wanted.

They could add more stores to main town. A bakery and a grocery store would be nice.
I would love to have my own Cafe or bakery to decorate and make a menu for the day. Opening the Cafe for visitors that dream it would be nice.

A greenhouse for growing vegetables, flowers and fruit would be nice. I would love to grow pumpkins and put them along the pathways for Halloween.

The mountains with a Log Cabin would be nice. I would like to save/quit on the island or mountains and spend the night there.

It would be nice if they had other in-game towns that you could visit. That way you wouldn't have to visit other peoples towns if you didn't want to. It would make things .like getting, signatures and delivering Katie, easier for some people.

Yes that would be really nice! When I started I had nobody to visit at all so I could never do the signatures thing.
