Oh I just love cycling, and help people obtain their dreamies. So I started to make this thread and become a cycler. I've already become a cycler on ACC, but on TBT. This is my first time so I may make some mistakes, if you've seen any PM me and i'll edit it right away.

The Rules.

1. Be nice and respectful, no rude or hurtful comments
2. Villagers can be reserved, except from tier 1. Will get to that part on the other rules
3. This is a first come first serve service, so if you want to make a reservation, or adopt a villager when it's in boxes, you're that reserved person to that villager to adopt
4. If a user is not online when a reserved villager for that user is in boxes in 30 minutes. It'll go to someone else who wants to adopt the reserved villager
5. Tier 1 villagers cannot be reserved. They will be raffled or Auctioned once in boxes
6. Tier 5 villagers will be Auto-Voided, but they can be reserved before they get sent to the void
7. Lurk carefully, you could never know who will be in boxes
8. If you adopted a villager, please give me a positive rating about adopting the villager
9. If you want to enter in a raffle when a tier 1 villager is in boxes, you must have dreamy proof in your signature first, then you can.
10 Do not pick weeds
11. Have fun with this cycling thread

My cycling town's villagers:

Tier 1 villagers colored Blue will be raffeled or Auctioned when in boxes
Tier 2 to 4 villagers colored Green will be up for reservation
Tier 5 villagers colored Red will be Auto-Voided, however they can be reserved

You three can reserve the villagers. And I have a villager moving problem, nobody is moving.

I am having trouble moving villagers out in my cycling town. I've been TTing 5 in-game months and nobody seems to want to move out. I've tried talking to them everyday, but that doesn't work. I even tried skipping every day by not talking to the villagers but its still not working. The only time Isabelle says "Oh that's right" is when there's an event. Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

Is your town brand new? o: Have you been able to get villagers to move before? If it's a new town, you'll need to do something with the mayor, something about 100% something? Idk. But you need to fulfil something before villagers move out.

Its new alright but nobody has asked to move out and I already did the Approval Rating. I still don't know what's wrong.

Talk to all your villagers until they stop telling you tips for living in a new town. After that they'll start moving out.

It's worked the last 3 times I've reset my town. xD Even before getting the development permit.

I'll be going somewhere. When i'm back and nobody wants him when I get back he'll be voided.
