Valentine's Day is pretty sweet! I mean the nice wrapped up chocolates, teddy bears and cute stuffed animals, all pink red and lovely, then after Valentine is over then there's a nice sale going on. I find it pretty neat, sparks up some couples relationships and just adds in a reminder of how special each and everyone's lover is cx

I think Valentines Day is a cute idea, but now it's just one of those holidays where they try to shove down your throat as many overpriced things as they can. At least here.

I don't even care about valentines day, pretty sure me and my boyfriend are doing the same thing we always do (netflix n chill) but I do enjoy making baked goods so I made a bunch of cupcakes 2 surprise him w/

although I wouldn't be opposed to going out or anything, it's just like idk I don't think it's that big of a deal.

My coworkers and I all gave each other valentines and went to lunch. It was super fun. It's not just a day for couples, you can celebrate it with anyone you like or care about! I used to hate it when I was younger but now I just make the best of it. It's nice to show people that you care about them :>

It's like any other day to me, but I'm all for holidays when you get candy!

Here, here! :> my BF made me choose between chocolates and flowers lol, I chose flowers. So, I bought myself some chocolates! ;D

its an excuse for a cheat day

(it's cute but like most holidays it is promoted through capitalistic efforts and is, in essence, simply a ploy to make more money)

To me, I view it as any other day. But I just think Valentine's Day is kind of pointless. Sure, you can show to someone that you really love them or whatever. But for me the only plus out of Valentine's Day is those little heart candies. I don't need a guy. Just those candies.

I have never been in a relationship, but I still think that seeing hearts and chocolate everywhere is really cute. :)

I like it, since I don't mind being single (yet? xD).
It's a good day to get sweets, and I guess it encourages people to do something for the ones they love...... Even if they get rejected.
Why drag it on if you're unhappy being just friends or whatever and the other person doesn't like you that way. Better get it over with and move on.

Love it, Hate it, I do both.

Hate it because I'm single
Love it because I'm single

I personally don't think you need a Valentine's Day to show your significant other that you love them. I mean, it's stupid and another way to make a fast buck.

I don't mind Valentine's Day because I have a big family and we all celebrate it together--so even though I don't have a special someone, I still feel loved~

I can understand why others wouldn't like it though; it's one of those holidays that you need to have other people in your life to celebrate it with you. It can make people feel even more lonely if they don't have someone special to share the day with. I hope those people can still be happy today! <3
