How do you unlock the police station?

It's a PWP, so you have to wait for one of your villagers to suggest it.

Yeah I just did some research. It's just I gotten the suggestion from a jock. Whoops...my bad >~<.

To be honest, I know it says you can get the suggestion from anybody, but all I hear is people having the police station suggested by jocks, including me on 2 separate ocassions. It's probably just a coincidence but they do seem to suggest it more frequently for whatever reason

Normals, lazies, and crankies have suggested it for me. It is completely random when you get it, and who you get the PWP from.

When I got the option to build a police station, I didn't even know that different personalities wanted different stuff. I thought it was just random, hehe.

Yeah I had a jock in all my towns!

I got mine from Poppy two weeks into my town. It's all purely based on luck.
