Police station placement? (yay more of those threads)

I've finally decided to build the police station but I'm unsure of where to build it.
Here's a pic of my map:

Btw I don't want any buildings on my lil' "island" other than the caf? and my mayor's house

I'd suggest the bottom right hand corner

Seems like you have a lot of space between your plaza and the animals homes. Why not there. Also if there's nothing there the bottom right corner looks nice. But I recommend putting a lighthouse there. Cliffside lighthouses always look nice

If I was forced to use that map (and I DO mean forced), I would fight with Isabelle to put it between Town Hall and the Plaza.

Between the town hall and train station
or
above the two houses on the south of town, below the tiny lake and to the left of the lowest lake
or
right above where the left bridge is, across from the campsite and move the bridge further to the left

Based on this map, I would either put it between town hall and the station, directly below town hall, or directly below Re-Tail.

Between the town hall and train station. It's most convenient there and you don't have to worry about the police station blocking your view there.

I really like this suggestion but I'll wait for a few more replies.
