Our Rules and Guidelines do not allow digital content that can be obtained with real money to be exchanged for TBT Bells. As you can purchase TCG packs to obtain the online codes within the pack, we do not allow them to be exchanged for our forums currency. I understand this may seem like a grey area, but our rules say "Download codes for games and other digital content" are not allowed, but we will be looking into this more. Thanks.
