Pokemon store in Re-Tail

Is a pokemon store (for in-game bells) in the Re-Tail forum allowed?

Also is a thread (in Re-Tail) gauging the interest of such a thread allowed? I guess not but how about if I incorporated a poll into a pokemon giveaway thread in retail?

It would be In-game pokemon X pokemon for in game ac bells. kinda like the pokemon shops in tbt marketplace.
