Bikes used to be the first thing I'd get upon arriving at Mauville in the older games, but I seemed to have missed the shop on my first visit so I'll have to revisit it seems.

I believe it can. It's been a while since the Diancie Event was released and it would be very sad if they had not fixed that issue. If you have the Japanese movie one or the Taiwanese one, I'm 100% sure it can be traded over Wifi.
o yes it can. at least to XY. i bought one from toothless (movie) and she traded over just fine

It should work with ORAS as well because Diancie was advertised as that you can send it to ORAS to get the mega stone. And in my opinion, the event to do so was kinda a rehash of the one in XY. It's pretty much almost exactly the same.
Make sure to keep Pokemon with a variety of types and moves with you, and raise them evenly. The Exp. Share you obtain can be helpful with that.
And if X/Y was your first game, prepare for a much better one. X/Y was really easy, OR/AS brings back some of the challenge (in some parts), and has more depth to its story.

Thanks! I was talking about the new Diancie (not the Japanese movie or Taiwanese) one. I don't just want to trade it into ORAS but also send it to a friend's game. Since Diancie can't be traded through the GTS or Wonder Trade, I was worried it wouldn't work if I sent it to another copy of X/Y through wifi.

I'm really liking Mega Lopunny. I didn't care about the Pokemon before, but after IV breeding and training it, it's putting in some really good work. I didn't get a shiny one because to be honest it looks ass, just like the non-Mega shiny.
I'm disappointed that none of the Megas got exciting shiny colors. They just took the base shiny and used that. Sure, not all X/Y Megas had special shiny colors, but Gengar and Gardevoir (and to a lesser extent Garchomp) kinda made me hope we'd see some neat recolors in OR/AS.
