Pokemon FRLG Team Advice

Alright so I have been playing pokemon fire red and I have a team of Dodrio, Exeggutor, Nidoking, Blastoise, Arcanine... But then I am torn between using a Magneton or Electibuz. I have looked at the stats of each of them and love the high special attack of Magneton but am concerned with the extremely flimsy HP. The current Magneton I have has sturdy ability and modest nature, which boosts special attack even further. Would the high special attack be worth having really really low HP or should I just go for the more rounded electibuz?

Magneton has a base HP stat of 50, Electabuzz is 65. It's not much of a difference, and it's only about a 30 point difference at level 100. I'd say Magneton.

Apparently Electrode is the fastest Pokemon in the game, 2nd fastest being Jolteon, so those might also be a good choice.
