Buying Pokemon for Omega Ruby

Well I can't use Pokemon bank sadly so I dont get to have my two favorites. Looking for a 5IV modest female espeon or Eevee. Also a 5iv male riolu or lucario. Preferably one that has +speed and -sp. att. I don't know which nature this is. You can make me an offer I suppose and l would love if they were EV trained from level 1 as I'll gladly pay more for them.

Would really like a 5iv female trapinch as well.
