Pokémon Pokemon Cafe Mix not downloadable?

I went to the eshop to find I already have Pokemon Cafe Mix "purchased"? It's not anywhere on my Switch, nor do I get the option to download it. Anyone else having this problem/had this problem with other games? If I have to contact Nintendo about this, what email do I email?

Edit: I ended up using another Nintendo Account to re"purchase" it and download it.

Your other Switch account should have a section where you can "re-download" your digital purchases, this will also include free games.

It should be in the eShop under your profile iirc.
