As in the pokedex trade back and forward
It will actually depend on the Pokemon
Here an example

Your missing 70 regular and 5 legendary
It's 70+15 = 85 tbt

So pm the list and il do the math

And for your situation I would just recommend the pokedex trade back and forward to get the shiny charm because th spoke on save data so much easy
But if you want a Pokemon then it's ok
