Thanks to Maruchan, I finally got my cutie lil' mummy-puppy dog Lucky!
I wasn't feeling like letting him go choose all willy-nilly like I did with Merengue, so I started to plot reset.
This was my first result:

And now I'm grateful to myself for not being lazy. ;v;
Lots of people here seem to like having perfect towns, where everything is in the right spot. I'm not a perfectionist, but has this happened to you before? Having a villager move in and plant their fenced-plot right in the middle of your pathway, orchard, flowers, in front of retail or your house, ect?

Yes! I just reset my town and set the date to October 1st so I can play through each day whilst also plot resetting for good locations. I already got Phoebe in a good spot :)

Awesome! I regret not plot resetting. I was so excited that I got my #1 favourite villager Rod, and he moved right in front of re-tail, and between a lake, a cliff, and a rock :/

That's nice to hear! Lucky's being stubborn. First he decided to attack my paths, and now he's after my forest of bamboo! D:

Yes that happened with O'Hare! >.<
I'm really upset I had to let him go, but I replaced him with Doc and since I have ll my dreamies It's going to be really difficult doing the 16 villager cycle.

Wow, that stinks! Did you decide to let him go, and then cycle through 16 villagers and then get him back but this time in a proper place, or no?

Nah, I can't be bothred. I'm already going 16 for Lucky and Mathilda, so Rod doesn't need to join the gang. I'm just gonna try make it somewhat appealing :)

I think I only plot reset for Tammy. I definitely didn't for Aurora and she plonked her house down two steps away from my flower arch (which leads to my house).

I kind of like the element of surprise so I try not to plot reset. But I fear for my garden of cedar trees. Though I try to tell myself I can always work around it I know I'd be disappointed if someone plonked their house down there.

I had luck, no one actually plotted in such a bad place before I knew about plot resetting. The first villager I plot reset was probably kidd, he only took like 2 resets though lol. I'm soooo glad I reset for him because the area where he lives is sOOo ooOOO good I really like it ;;

Yeah, last night actually :/ I knew it was a moving day (I TTed to today) and was looking for a perfect villager, but I was really tired and at some point I accidentally loaded the game instead of doing the new file :/ bang in the middle of my hybrid garden, way too close to my house for my likening :/

Just finished plot resetting Goldie so her house is next to Mint's. Would've preferred her somewhere else but I decided that since it's exactly in line with Mint's house, it's easier in the long run because I won't have to move Mint out, plus both Goldie and Mint are pretty good villagers.
