please help URGENT nintendo zone issue

after the latest 3ds system update none of the mcdonalds in my area show as nintendo zone anymore, they will still automatically connect like a nintendo zone would, but the nintendo zone viewer doesn't recognize it and I get NO streetpasses, this is in canada.I know some people say that mcdonalds in canada dont work anymore but they DO, you have to accept the terms of service through wifi browser, but since yesterday's update the nintendo zones don't even show as nintendo zones anymore, Please help me I am in urgent need of an answer here.

I've been having this issue as well, and I've seen many others complaining about the same thing as well. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

is it only happening at mcdonalds canada zones or is it happening everywhere at all nintendo zones?

As far as I know, it's all Nintendo Zones. I've tested it at 2 different McDonald's and a Burger King (US), and I've heard of others that have tried elsewhere and had the same problems. A few people that haven't updated their systems yet are saying that the Nintendo Zones are working perfectly fine for them.

UGH it is really ticking me off right now ( pardon my language ) and i just read that nintendo refuses to fix it?? how unfair is that?? OMG I am NEVER updating my system again until I hear more about the bugs and stuff.
