ok so here ill try to explain this the best i can. today i was out collecting streetpasses and my plaza population counter refuses to go above 2799, i got like 10 NEW miis and the count won't go up, streetpass tags increases like it should but plaza population stays the same, i went to the very back of my plaza and saw that about 10-20 of my oldest streetpass miis are gone!!! it didn't even take just the spotpass ones, it took my streetpass ones!! for every new tag I get it is deleting one old mii. it shouldn't be doing this because I have seen people with over 3000 plaza population and there is an achievement to get to 3000 so it doesn't cap out at 2799. why is it deleting my miis, im really upset because some of those miis were special to me. I checked my SD card and it has 1700 blocks of available space ( also I have streetpassed people when it had 500 blocks before so space shouldn't be an issue ) but could my SD card be glitched, all my mii plaza games and everything else on my SD Card is fine, its just my miis it is deleting, why is it doing this and does anyone know how to fix it?

im trying to transfer to a larger SD card now anyway, but i cant go get more streetpasses for a while though but I am going to play like smash bros and stuff to get their spotpass miis and stuff, but does anyone else know whats happening.

I'm not sure if nintendo could fix my mii plaza, like I had a larger SD card lying around the house and I needed to transfer over my stuff already anyway because I've been meaning to use my 4 GB CARD Instead of the 2 GB That was on my 3ds but the transfer went fine but my lost miss didn't come back, I played some Mario kart 7 though and some spot pass miis got added in just fine but I won't know about streetpass for a while until I can go out next, but still has anyone here ever heard of or experienced something like this.

It's sill glitching, I did get over 3000 miis now because I was playing online a lot and I got the spot pass ones from Mario kart and stuff, I took pictures of my oldest streetpass miis in the plaza, I got some new streetpass today and it deleted the oldest ones, and this is on the new SD card as well, it's really discouraging me from doing streetpass anymore because it shouldn't be doing that, I got 2 streetpasses today, the first one worked just fine with no issues whatsoever and the second one deleted a mii, I'm desperate for a solution to this because I don't want to lose all my old miis, it's extremely frustrating because nothing I can find on google has ever even heard of the problem and I really like streetpass ( and it's hard for me to get streetpasses ) so it took a lot of work to build up my plaza like this and the SD CARD has 15,000 blocks left so space isn't a problem.
And I'm upset because some of the ones it deleted were limited edition nintendo miis, spot pass miis from games aren't giving me an issue, it's only when I streetpass people, I've lost about 30 miis now and it's upsetting me.

I earned 200 spot pass miis from playing on Mario kart but it took away about 30 spot pass miis as well, I doesn't take a mii away every time, only sometimes and I have no idea what to do.
I feel like my hard work is being lost

Contact Nintendo about it then, you're not going to get much help here.
Emailing them doesn't help much, it's better to call them.
