Please help me test my internet on 2 separate 3DS's by visiting my town

Hi, I'm trying to fix my internet and would like someone to try visiting my town, first on my 3DS then on my brothers 3DS, my brothers FC is 4038-6312-7361 and my FC is in the sidebar. Thanks

Yeaaaah, it keep showing the Resetti error picture whenever I was about to get on the train, sorry. ^^;

Yeah, its my internet router, it won't let people visit my town but it lets me visit other peoples town. I've been trying to fix it, but still hasn't worked sadly
