Ok so I am not sure if this method works but here goes. Amelia is moving out without warning and I really like her. I have heard you can get her back if she goes to a friend's town and then when she is in boxes there she can be convinced to come back to my place without cycling 16 villagers. If that is the case then can someone please hold her for me? I'll pay! She is my favorite villager!

no you still have to cycle 16 then ask for her to move back in even if she is in another town

The problem is I have 8 (now 7) dreamies in my town and I really don't want to TT too much after this :,( T would take sooooo long for me to get 16 villagers out.
