Please help me clarify how to trade villagers!

Hi there!
I am interested in now searching for my favorite villagers, however I have some questions regarding the exchanges and such. I read on another thread that you must approach them on the day they are packing, and that you must have a space available. That's all fine, but how would you conduct a trade if your town is full? Can you no longer trade characters? As the game only kicks a character out at certain random intervals, so I just want to clarify. Thanks!

Not sure what you're asking exactly, but I'll try to help. ^^ You can't receive a villager from another town unless you have an open spot. Without a campsite, capacity is 9 villagers. With a campsite, capacity is 10. The easiest way to get someone (random) to move out is to time travel ahead two days, go on, save, then time travel back two days. Then go on, and run around to find someone to sight event you to tell you that they're moving out. The person will always tell you that they're going to move out 5 days ahead of the current date in your game. Like if you set the date to the 22nd and someone sight events you to tell you they're moving, they'll say the 27th.

Edit: Oh sorry, having a campsite isn't the only way you can get a 10th villager. At least, I don't think so. You can get your 10th villager from someone else's town, if they're all packed up and ready to go. Sorry, I was mistaken. ^^;
