Please help!! I have questions about citizen satisfaction!

So, a few days ago, my citizen satisfaction was at
"Its riding the so-so rails! So average!" or something like that, and I checked on it today and it said this:
"Well, they're certainly giving it their all! The difficult challenge is the reason town building is so worth it!"
Im not sure if my citizen satisfaction went Up or down.Then it says I need more PWPs which I can do, but I need to know if I went up or down. Can someone please help me? I really want to get perfect town.

According to this website, your town currently has a 'almost perfect' status.
It also says that the first message meant 'needs work', so you went up.

Just keep building PWPs. After a project completes, check with Isabelle. Also, make sure that you have the Keep the Town Beautiful Ordinance active. That makes the game infinitely easier.
