PLEASE HELP!! Haven't played in a long time!

So because of various reasons, I wasn't able to play for about 2 months (??) or something. I decided to start playing again, but I was scared to go into my main account so I entered in a new save file, and Beau moved out! I turned it off and then went in again (new save file) and Beau really is gone.. Is there a way to reverse this? I don't exactly know what date I stopped playing, and I TT so the date is different from the Activity Log date...

Is there something I can do? I don't want to cycle for Beau ;___;

i think you have to do that 16 villager cycle thingy to be able to get him back now

Waaait, you haven't logged in with your mayor yet, right? If so, you can still get him back! Just don't log in with your mayor. I will edit this post to tell you how to, just going to post this first and hope you see this in time so you don't log in with your mayor.

Edit: Okay, I'll give you a step-by-step guide of what to do:

- With your 3DS clock, TT back to around the date you think you may have stopped playing, so around two months back.
- Start up your file with a new character.
- Check if Beau is still there:
• If yes: load up your mayor and let Beau ping you so you can stop him from moving. After you’ve done so, save and quit your game, and you can now safely TT back to the current date in one go without losing Beau or any other villagers.
• If not: turn off your game and use the 3DS clock again to TT further back in time. Keep doing this until you find the date where Beau is still in your town, then do what I described in the step above (“If yes”).

it's simple

just rewind the time on your 3ds clock to the date u stopped playing
then load up as your major and he should still be there. then, to get back to the current date, just tt day by day making sure that none of your wanted villagers ask to move out
