Would be hard to trade/sell them though. :/ someone could just say "I couldn't get him to move in" when they actually did, but the player won't know since it's not 100%.

If that were the case, safety net would be for the visitor to say it didn't work, and the host just disconnect. That way people won't lie. After a disconnect, nothing is kept, so either they would tell the truth or lose their character.

There's a few people who say they are going to provide screens... How would we know it's not the actual resident even if they WERE provided?
