I've been playing this game for over a year and I still don't have Katerina full time! If you could come help me out it would mean a ton!

I think only your own players count. If someone comes to your town and get their fortune it doesn't help you to get her shop

It won't count for you, only for their own towns. One of the quicker ways is to make alts on a day Kat is there, then just see her with them. Then just delete them and remake more to see her. Then just go on your mayor and she should stop you before you leave and be all "Yo ya'll seem to like me so gimme a place maybe?" and you'll be all "Hells yeah" and boom Katrina~

It only counts towards the people in your town, characters in your town count to your towns points no one else. If you get your fortune read in someone else's town it does not count.

Using alts when Katrina is in town is the only way to get her shop.
