Can anyone tell what happens if you have a meter shower and then you go on a boat tour and end up on shooting star island? will i still on get 20 stars the next day or 40?

You probably already knew this, but in case if others don't know...

The only way to earn a maximum of 40 star fragments is to open your gates, and have visitors make a total of 100 wishes on your island (5 wishes made by visitor = 1 additional star fragment for you).

20 wishes you made + 20 fragments from 100 visitor wishes = 40 fragments max
