Playing to help with anxiety?

I also have a type of anxiety, ptsd. Animal Crossing is so fun and cute! The villagers and the silly/sweet things they say on a daily basis really brighten my day. Also I found that going to the island and fishing/bug catching seems to help me quiet my mind enough to sleep peacefully, it's really wonderful. I am so happy that so many of us can all find comfort in this game together. ^_^
