Plant life you'd like in the next game!

I would like to see
Trees:
Maybe some kind of willows?
Tall, skinny pine trees that are maybe even taller than the trees we have now
flowering trees
some trees that have a hole in the bark that maybe some kind of bugs can spawn into
Flowers:
Sunflowers! Maybe as tall as bamboo and when we shake them we can gather the seeds!
more berry bushes and I'd love to be able to gather the berries
more flowering bushes like gardenias and lilac and Viburnum and Rhododendron
tall grass that doesn't count as weeds
single flowers and not just the bundles of 3. this could introduce flowers like cardoons, delphinium, and ALLIUMS OMG. Also I'd like to be able to pick the flowers and make my own arrangements or have single flowers in vases and not just planters.
WISTERIA omg maybe we could plant it next to permanent houses and it would grow over it over time or something
other:
pebbles that spawn near rocks that we can collect and maybe even throw into the river for rock skipping

Wisteria would be amazing!! I got that pwp but I was kind of disappointed at how bare it looks... I wish it had been designed a little better or that we could have the actual flower and like you said it could interact with buildings and such. And the sunflower idea sounds really cool too.

Water lilies for ponds and maybe some ivy.

I wish for more varied bush selection too. I don't have any specific ones in mind but a little more variety would be nice.

You've pretty much brought up everything I can ever hope for in the game!
Esp. willows/wisteria and other flowering trees.
I really like the tree w/holes idea too! adds a little something to the tree lineup and give us maybe some new bugs.

Something new to do with ponds would be great. Like cattails or lilies to spice them up

From what I've seen, cacti are in HHD, so hopefully it will be in the next main game.

Basically what I really want are flowers to be truly rainbow colored - like GREEN flowers. And yellow violets not to look so black on the inside.

And bushes to have flowers in all sorts of colors - lilacs for purple and white hydrangeas. I need white bush starts! Berries to be picked like others mentioned.

Overall, I want more C O L O R!!!

Reading that gave me a vision of Apollo "KAWKAW"ing on a branch wreaking terror on the hearts of all trees. I am okay with this.

And hey I said similar!! Not alike! D8 Aka like in Pokemon when the fruit are growing there are growing stages with blossoms etc. That would be very pretty to have. Plus different types of trees add more variety to look at. If they were to do different color of bark and leaves I would be satisfied.

Omg i love the idea of cacti! It could grow on the islands! Ans i like the idea of unlocking flowers thats be so cool too.

Vegetation I'd love to see in future animal crossing games:

japanese maple trees of all different color (acer palmatum)

pine trees that occasionally drop pine cones when shaken

taller cedar trees and different species. taller varieties, miniature, different leaf textures, etc.

taller bushes

flowers that aren't massive

lilac trees / bushes

ivy that can be placed on the ground or on buildings

tree pruning/sculpting or more options for tree shapes

more undergrowth options (like lucky clovers)

real cherry blossoms
