I learned at the age of 10 as a pretty uncoordinated/clumsy person, the trick is to make sure your feet can touch the ground (low seat), and not be scared of going fast, since the faster you go the more balanced the bike is and easier it is to ride, good luck learningHow hard is it to learn to ride a bike as an adult? :-(
