Pinging on Weeding Day

So I'm trying to get Purrl to move out of my town, and I talked to Sparro and he told me Beau was thinking of moving. Now, on the 22nd Kyle had pinged me to move, so I have not gone very far with TTing.

Is there a certain time in the day I can set the game too so Beau can ping, or am I safe TTing one day ahead? I lost Diana through not pinging on Bunny Day and if I lose Beau because of Weeding Day I am just going to eat Nintendo :I

If Kyle pinged you on the 22nd no one should be in boxes. (also when purrl eventually leaves, could I take her off your hands?)
