Shamrocks have actually declined to about 200-300 in sales now, people selling any higher usually take a long time to find a buyer that I've noticed so most go for 200, 250 around there.

I guess there's so much pika eggs it's not in demand anymore lol, I hope that happens with the houses ...smh.. cause I really wanted those letters. My dream lineup is green on both ends and the 4 regular sized houses in between SIGH one DAY ;__;

Usually if I get no better offer I take what I get because something is better than nothing especially if I don't really even want them. Most people on here refuse to sell things lower than guides and end up getting no sales or buyers while a few I've met are so flexible with amounts and both ends, end up happy because they get bells anyway even if 200 to 1000 less and the other person gets the collectibles they're looking for, if tbt worked that way, a lot more people would get a chance at collectibles than just the richer lol
