Pictures of Seasonal changes ...

Evening!
Quite a while back I saw a post regarding the different seasonal changes in pictures. It contained pictures, and written information, of the bushes, trees and grass and showed the character standing by each one during each certain seasonal change - Spring right through to Winter. It was a fantastic and very informative piece and I'd love it if someone could re-share the link for me as I'm in the mood to do some hardcore Animal Crossing New Leaf reading (it's a wee hobby of mine) ^^
