can some one tell me how to get a picture's URL?

Does he mean how does he get one that's already on the interwebs?

Right click the image, Save As..., Name what ever your want, Ok, Upload to photobucket :yay:

Or if you want to be naughty and hot-link (and if the site allows you to do so) just Right-Click on the image, click on Properties and (depending on your Browser, if you have FireFox, then proceed) highlight the 'Location' URL and hit CTRL+C or Right-Click again and click copy. Then you can paste the link to wherever you please.
