Picking new villagers

So I've decided to restart one of my 3 towns to create a new village called Teacake. (Tea-themed, real original I know ) But I want this town to have villagers that reflect on their occupations as workers, chefs, or regulars.

My current set up regarding characters is this:
Mayor Lily - Works as a coffeemaid, house has a cafe theme
Male (name to be decided) - Works as a barista/comedian, house has a comedy club theme with gyriods for the audience/patrons
Female (name to be decided) - Works as a pastry chef, house has a bakery/kitchen theme
Female (name to be decided) - Operates a relaxing aquarobic spa, house has traditional zen theme

The villagers all have jobs too. I have specifically chosen these 6 for both personal preference as well as how much I feel they fit their roles. :3

Tia - Exotic Tea Specialist
Marshal - Handsome waiter
Merengue - Master of Pastries and Cakes
Rosie - Cute Coffeemaid
Molly - Cute Cafe local who is ALWAYS there
Marina - Aquabatics and Zen Therapy Specialist

My plan is to leave the remain slots open to "cafe locals" basically mid-low tiered villagers who are still cute-looking or provide even coverage of personalities who I can freely move in and out as I desire. Care to share any villager ideas?

Rodeo - Good-for-nothing brother-in-law who isn't actually related to anyone in town and just sticks around for free food.

I'm honestly so excited for this. And I can't stop picturing Rosie and Marshal as workers. I've got some maid and tuxedo QRs lined up and with some luck the right villagers will put them on. Try to imagine getting served by these cuties. :3

Marshal just chillin ownin his club in morocco waiting until he has enough money to afford an exit visa, sticking his neck out for nobody until he runs into a woman he once cherished but had tried to move on from, and tries to help her and a freedom-fighter-esque journalist escape to america to tell of what happened in europe
