Since this is my first time trading a Pokemon, I need to know how to do it. Also, I need to know how much Pokemon is worth in TBT Bells.

I caught a level 4 Pichu while I was playing. I know these Pokemon are hard to find, so I would like to sell it to someone that hasn't found one.
