The second I stepped out of my house, my phone started ringing non-stop.

It was Nook who contacted me to let me know about the May Day event.

Afterwards, I was hesitant to open my mailbox, as I had a suspicion that it was filled to the brim with accumulated mail.

I decided to return and see if I could finally finish the long-awaited decorating of my island.

Despite my long absence from the island, it's heartwarming to see that the villagers still remember me.

Despite being stung, I'm determined to make progress on my carnival area today.

Today, I commenced work on my entrance, and it appears to be developing nicely

I spent today moving houses for several villagers, as well as the Nook Cranny and Able Sisters stores, and making some much-needed updates to my farm area.

After doing some more island decorating, I realized that the space beyond this gate would be perfect for a beautiful flower garden. ​

All done with the decorating for now. Tomorrow, I'll commence my work on the flower garden.

Today, I dedicated my time to turning my current carnival into a Halloween-themed carnival for the tbt event.

I've taken a break from island decoration recently to explore other games, but I'll be back at it soon.
