The fact that they introduced cards that were ridiculously holographic completely turned me off. It looks so damn tacky.

Did I ever complain about the normal ones?
I'm not even going to ask why they put levels outside of the flavor text.
Besides, the old holographic and rare cards were simple, and not so over-the-top.
It only needed a little star in the corner to know it was rare.

That is an interesting concept. 
It's cool that they're trying to get kids more interested in nature. I'm also liking the whole open source thing. ^3^
