I'm sorry but there's a slight problem. I tted to the day Phoebe is moving which is her birthday, but when I checked up on her, she's not in boxes and celebrating her birthday. I am completely sure that Isabelle informed me that Phoebe was moving today so I did not get her moving date wrong. Will she not be in boxes if she's moving on her birthday?
